Did you miss the Naked Pumpkin Run?
The sexy and zany annual Halloween tradition in Boulder, Colorado is about to be shut down by the cops because they’re cracking down on “indecent exposure” during Halloween.
The Naked Pumpkin Run features lots of guys and gals, a lot of them in great shape running down the streets on Halloween night wearing not much except a pumpkin on their head.
Seriously, these guys are hot. I wouldn’t mind them knocking on my door for a trick or treat!
This years run still happened, with around 4,000 people taking part in the Halloween revelry, thwarting the efforts of local police to arrest them by covering themselves up to be “within the law.”
And best of all, they have their own website. Check out their pics of their runs from years past. (Not safe for work because of nudity.)

Halloween on Halsted Street as the Wild Things

Taking it to the Max
We had a blast on Halsted Street with Michael, Curtis and Neal. As you can see, we went as the characters from “Where the Wild Things Are.” Although we saw plenty of people dressed up as Max, we were the only ones to do a whole group of monsters.

Curtis Jensen joins us to talk about the Halloween Parade in Chicago. In the news: Levi Johnston disses the Palins, a man claims to be too fat to kill, California eyes legalizing pot and a phone call from a listener.
One of Chicago’s best kept secrets is the Annual Halloween Parade held in the heart of Boystown, Chicago’s primary gay neighborhood, where thousands of people in costumes parade down the street, drawing a flavorful mix, amateur drag queens, sexy Spartans, dressed up doggies and a contest with cash prizes- and busloads of Korean tourists.
Because of the chilly weather, the crowds are modest compared to most major cities Halloween celebrations, so its like a party with all your friends instead of a overwhelming mob of strangers.
What are you going as? We’re going as the monsters from Where the Wild Things Are, — let the wild rumpus start!
Curtis Jensen, gingerbread house aficionado, robot lover and director of marketing for Steamworks joins us to talk about our Halloween adventures of the past and the exciting things to come.
Will San Francisco overcome their Halloween woes?
Levi Johnston claims that Sarah Palin repeatedly joked about her Downs Syndrome baby saying– “Wheres my little retarded baby?” No she wasn’t talking about her husband Todd.
A Florida Man accused of killing his son-in-law is arguing that he was unable to commit the crime because he’s too fat and get this, his name is Edward Ates.
Christmas cards used for revenge.
California on the brink of legalizing pot.
And a phone call from a gay listener who says he’s been asked to leave a gay bar because he appears to be too straight.

Solitaire Miles joins us and we’re so excited about the election tomorrow. We’re hoping for a big win for Barack Obama. Could today be the new day we’ve been waiting for? Let’s hope.
We had a lot of fun on Halloween. We tricked and treated and pranked a lot of people but Palin got pranked best by Canadian disc jockeys. They really exposed her for being a phony and showing just how stupid she really is by pretending to be the President of France.
Upside down dog blog answers the question, just how funny does a dog look when it’s upside down. Well, really funny, but could this site rival lolcats?

Happy Halloween! What’s scariest thing happening right now? For many, it’s the 2008 U.S. Presidential Election.
Intense national events like the election can push some people who are already on the verge of sanity over the edge! Families, friends and co-workers don’t always see eye to eye as we try to figure out where we fit in this big crazy world and that can cause a lot of stress and election fatigue.
To combat this effect, America’s Gay Funnyman, Jim Bennet from GayCo,- is here to alleviate the stress of the upcoming election by giving us hope and confidence for the future.

Hot news- Broadway in Chicago will host the world premiere of the Addams Family, a new musical based on the bizarre and beloved cartoons of the legendary Charles Adams.
The musical is based on the cartoons and not the movies or TV show so we are wondering if we’ll hear the famous some of the famous TV theme song and its delightful finger snaps.
A German public bathroom was reinvented into an art gallery, with the toilets intact-it’s a splash hit! Of course, the art exhibited is mainly graffiti often with a political theme, but I’m sure there is a “meet me at 2PM on Friday for a BJ” or “call me for a good time” somewhere on the walls.
A Japanese aquarium is putting its obese dolphins on a diet and exercise plan, and another zoo is considering giving its formerly obese monkeys tummy tucks.
Poor John McCain just can’t get anyone to see him speak, not even Joe the Plumber. The Republican party had to bus around 4000 school children just to fill the house and Joe the plumber was a no show!
PLUS: a letter from our dedicated listener Derrick and Mexican Easter eggs from Michelle! And we try to answer the question, who’s hotter Kirk or Picard?

Today Erik Sosa, gay painter, artist and dad talks about moving to the remote parts of Kenosha, Wisconsin with his partner Mark and their two beautiful baby boys.
Erik’s been reading quite a few books about conspiracy theories, and it’s making him a bit little paranoid. One new trend in conspiracy theories is the morbid fascination with fatalist clocks, based on the Mayan calendars. A lot of folks are all caught up with the year 2012, thinking the world will “end” as we know it and will either usher in a new glorious age or it will be the end of everything.
It’s hard to give any credibility to some random idea that a specific year would be the single moment of a disaster. I mean, our economy just tanked and nobody seems to be claiming it’s the work of demons.
Will the year 2012 be the Mayan doomsday or just another Y2K? Where is the 13th planet of Naburuu? And more importantly, whats Erik dressing his children as for Halloween?
The wait is over, today is the screening of the special “What Not to Wear” Feast of Fools mashup tv show. airing on TLC at 8pm central, 9pm Eastern and Pacific.
If you live in Chicago join us from 7-9pm at Hydrate to watch the Amanda Episode- it’s free, hosted bar, free food courtesy of Big Jones Restaurant in Chicago and sponsored by Steamworksonline.com and Chicago Pride.com
