Brilliant understated narration by Edward Everett Horton (a nice contrast to William Conrad's narration on Rocky and Bullwinkle). Regarding the "gay" books the wolf reads...Wiki says the term already meant "homosexual" in most contexts when this was made (1961), and that "By 1963, the word 'gay' was known well enough by the straight community to be used by Albert Ellis in his book The Intelligent Woman's Guide to Man-Hunting."
