Chris Brown went on a rampage in his dressing room on Good Morning America last week after Robin Roberts asked him some questions about his domestic violence incident with Rihanna two years ago. He tore […]

In all fairness Adam Lambert was not banished from the network for life cause he did appear on the View. Only live appearances of Adam banned for life. But I agree ABC does have a double standard.

So… Beat a woman, then have a little bitch fit and SHOW that you are a loser… So ABC invites him back in hopes he won’t go into another snit??? That makes no sense whatsoever.

  3. queenrosered says:

Oh no Rock…not in hopes that he WON’T go into another snit, but in hopes (and plans) that Brown WILL show his butt again. ABC will do anything for ratings, as long as it’s hetero, or lesbian….just no mano a mano action.Chris Brown needs to knock out their teeth ON AIR. Then they may even give him his own reality show! But Heaven forbid they should actually have REAL live TALENT like Adam Lambert again.
I am disgusted with ABC and their stupid decision making. They have their priorities totally screwed up and I am DONE with them unless and until they invite Mr. Lambert back to perform LIVE! The 1 “scary” performance was TWO years ago, GET OVER IT, YA MORONS!

  4. Chris Browns violent behavior has no place in decent society. It is just unacceptable behavior.

However, Adam Lambert’s performance at the AMA wards did not only include was was called a “forceful kiss” on an “allegedly straight keyboardist”. During this performance, Adam Lambert also dragged a female dancer around by her ankles. A bit misogynistic don’t you think? Even Adam Lambert stated that the kiss he planted on the male keyboardist was “in the moment” meaning it was not choreographed and it was done without the keyboard players consent. Now correct me if I’m wrong, but if you are a keyboard player on stage for Adam Lambert’s performance on live TV and you are grabbed by the back of the head and kissed by Adam Lambert ( who you are working for) does this not constitute as some form of sexual harassment ? Gay or Straight issue aside, if Adam Lambert grabbed the back of my head and kissed me during a live performance (without it being part of the planned choreography and without having my consent), I would slap him and the network with a lawsuit. NEITHER CHRIS BROWN OR ADAM LAMBERT BEHAVED APPROPRIATELY. So yes a double standard does exist… but Adam Lambert was a bit out of line as well. Dragging a female dancer by her ankles on stage ? Come On !

  5. Lah says:

Draging one of the dancers by the heels was planned and ABC knew about it. His bass player gave him permission to take advantage if he wanted – all part of the rock and roll image. They’re both fans of the movie Velvet Goldmine. Dancers are use to being touched in intimate areas it’s all part of the gig. If you look close you’ll see where some touched Adam intimately too.

Wow, ok there is no double standard. I have no problem with gay people and while I don’t actively support marriage or rigths (Don’t have any gay friends), I do believe that gay people should have that right, HOWEVER, what exactly is this article saying? Chris Brown had his outbreak AFTER THE INTERVIEW AIRED! Lambert did this on national TELEVISION and raped that keyboardist like another commenter said. He dragged a girl by her ankle. I know a lot goes into choreographing, but there have to be limits on national television, do what you want on tour, but not on tv. Like I said, I am a believer of gay rights, but I literally puked when I saw that performance (have a very sensitivity for man on man action). Though I am byist (I find girl on girl hot), there have to be rules for national television. There is no double standard here, ABC is right to do what they did.
